Ritta Book & Rodney Mascot Appearance Guidelines

RITTA BOOK & RODNEY Mascots are available for various public appearances. Appearances must be booked 1 month in advance. The requesting organization must complete an application form and return it by email. Upon receipt of this request, a RITTA BOOK team member will be in touch to discuss availability, rates and how to make your Good event GREAT!!!

The requesting organization/individual must provide the following accommodations:

• Private, secure, and clean dressing room/area for the performer. Public restrooms are not considered acceptable dressing rooms.
• RITTA BOOK reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appearances due to illness, personal injury, emergency, etc. for both parties.
• RITTA BOOK must approve any form of advertising that promotes a RITTA BOOK appearance.

The RITTA BOOK, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appearances due to illness, personal injury, or emergency. This is applicable for both parties.

The RITTA BOOK, LLC must approve any form of advertising that promotes a MASCOT appearance.

A 50 percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required. Mascot appearance deposit fees must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event. Appearances are subject to cancellation without notice, if fees are unpaid. Fees can be paid via Cash, Cashapp or Zelle Only.
